About this site

Every September the same thing happens. The dates go out in an email, the permission form goes out in another, the pizza order closes on a Sunday you did not know about, and by November you are scrolling back through three months of messages looking for something you know you read once.

This site exists to fix that one problem. It is a place to put the links and dates that matter, so nobody has to go hunting.

What this is not

This is an unofficial site, made by parents, for parents. It is not run by the Catholic School Parent Council, by Blessed Trinity Catholic School, or by the Toronto Catholic District School Board.

Nothing here replaces what the school sends you. If a date on this site disagrees with something from the office or from your child's teacher, the school is right and this site is wrong — please tell us so we can fix it.

Wherever possible we link to the official source instead of copying it, precisely so you are reading the real thing.

What you will find here

  • Quick links — the handful of sites every family needs, gathered in one place: absence reporting, SchoolCashOnline, the school's own page, the parish and the local library.
  • Dates — what is coming up, and a one-tap way to drop any of it into your own calendar.
  • News — things worth celebrating, and the occasional reminder before a deadline closes.
  • The parent council — what the CSPC is, what it actually does at Blessed Trinity, and how a parent gets involved.

Put it on your home screen

This site works as an app: one icon on your phone that opens straight to what is happening. Nothing to download from a store, and it never sends notifications — it is just the site, one tap closer.

  • Android (Chrome): open the menu (the three dots, top right) and tap Add to Home screen or Install app. Chrome may also offer it by itself on the home page.
  • iPhone or iPad (Safari): tap the Share button (the square with an arrow), scroll down and tap Add to Home Screen, then Add.

Once it is there, the icon opens the site full-screen. The dates and links are always the live ones when you have signal; if you do not, it shows the last version you saw.
