Getting to school
Buses are run by the Toronto Student Transportation Group, not by the school.
- Transportation PortalConfirm your child's stop, route and operator. Every busing family needs an account — the portal moved to mybusplanner.ca, so old bookmarks are dead
- Bus delays and cancellationsCheck here before assuming service is cancelled
- School bus safetyOntario's guide to riding safely and crossing at the bus. The school asks families to go over it with their children. Any change to how your child gets home, such as being picked up early for an appointment, needs written permission sent to the school (principal's 24 September notice)
- Where not to park at the schoolThe school's own aerial photo marking the bus lane and the two no-parking zones. The bus loading zone and the parking lot driveway have to stay clear, and the Kiss 'n' Ride is single file. Downloads as a PDF
- Riding a bike to schoolE-bikes and e-scooters are not allowed on school property, and in Ontario nobody 15 or under may ride one at all. A regular bike needs its own lock and goes on the outside fence — not inside the school, and not left loose, since the school does not cover lost or stolen bikes. The link is the City's page on the rules and the safety numbers (principal's 17 September notice)
- Call about a bus — until 9 OctoberTSTG Call Centre, 647-790-3829 — the number for a bus that has not turned up, up to and including Friday 9 October 2026
- Call about a bus — from 10 OctoberTSTG Transportation Department, 416-394-4287 — replaces the Call Centre number from Saturday 10 October 2026 onward
- Email TSTGtransportation@torontoschoolbus.org for general questions · safety@torontoschoolbus.org for a safety concern · support@torontoschoolbus.org for trouble registering or signing in to the portal. These three do not change in October

Parent council
What CSPC is, how to reach it, and an easy way to support it.
- Email the parent councilcspc.blessedtrinity@tcdsb.org — the council's own address; a parent reads it
- What school councils doOntario's guide for council members — councils are advisory bodies under Reg. 612/00
- Order name labels — the council gets a shareWaterproof name labels for lunch kits, clothes and shoes, from Mabel's Labels. Use code KINDIE10 for 10% off — it does not apply to stamps or a Build Your Own Combo, and it cannot be combined with a sitewide sale. This link picks the school's own campaign for you — searching the site by name also turns up a different Blessed Trinity, in Maple, and an order placed there raises money for that school instead
Volunteering
Helping at a school event needs a police record check first. This is new as of 2026, and the check takes time — start well before the event or trip you have in mind.
- Which police record check you needThe school's 27 September guide: the basic check (CRJMC) covers pizza lunches, general help on a field trip, and driving students with a staff member in the car. The vulnerable sector check (VSC) is needed for helping in a classroom, supervising students on a trip, driving without staff, and fun-fair activities with students. The CRJMC is free with a fee-waiver letter the principal signs, which you get before you apply; the VSC is at your own cost. A check you already have from another organisation counts if it was done within six months of handing it in. Just dropping off items, or coming to a council meeting, needs no check
- Upload your police record checkThe board's new Volunteer Information System, live since September 2026. Register, then upload your check as an unlocked PDF — do not email it to the school
