Grade 7 vaccination clinic

Toronto Public Health runs the Grade 7 vaccination clinic in the school.

The school's 27 September update asked every Grade 7 family that has not yet returned the vaccination consent form to do so that week, when the public health nurse collects them. Contact the office if you need a form.
