Terry Fox School Walk

The school takes part in the Terry Fox School Run, walking from 1:00 p.m. on Friday 2 October. Staff supervise every class, and the walk happens rain or shine.

The youngest classes, kindergarten to the Grade 1/2 class, walk laps of the schoolyard, perimeter and field. Grades 2 to 8 walk a longer route through the surrounding neighbourhood.

Donations are made on the school's own campaign page at the Terry Fox Foundation, which emails a receipt to the donor immediately. The school's goal this year is $1,600, and it shares progress towards it as the day approaches.

Students who raise the most are recognised with prizes.
